Technical Support Policy

Using Email allows us to provide free, unlimited technical
support. Our software is very inexpensive, and
we do not currently have the resources to provide this
level of support over the telephone.
- Technical support is for addressing problems with
the software, not for teaching the user how to use it.
- We only provide technical support for the most recent
version of the program. If a bug does in fact
exist, there is a good chance it has already been fixed.
- Technical support hours are Monday through Friday,
10:00am - 6:00pm Central Time (GMT-6:00). Of course,
you can send us email any time.
(Please note that we do not have phone support. We will
respond your email message within 24 hours.) |
